Neil turned up on the first day to take delivery of materials for the job in hand. He and Josh both worked at a very efficient pace for the two days they were here. The quality of work done was excellent. One or two problems which arose were quickly resolved after a quick chat between myself and Neil.

Neighbours have commented on the overall quality of the work, of which one has already asked for a quote.

I would not hesitate to recommend Neil for his excellent quality of work.

This was the second job Neil completed for us and yet again, did so to an incredibly high standard. The gate in particular was first class.

Work completed to very high satisfaction and on the day of telephone call. 

Neil came at very short notice and replaced our old garden fence with a high quality new one.  At all times I found Neil to be extremely hard working, punctual and polite.  His workmanship is of a very high standard and we will be using him again in the near future on another project.  We would not hesitate in recommending Neil to anyone.

Neil did a fantastic job, it really couldn't be any better. The quotation process was very professional and friendly. He listened to what we wanted and offered knowledgeable advice. Neil was very punctual and tidy throughout the work and we have quickly booked him for another job.

Neil and his colleague arrived promptly at 07:30 to take delivery of the fencing materials he had ordered, they then proceeded to crack on with the job in hand, encouraging me to hang around to oversee proceedings and to answer any queries.

Neil (and his oppo Josh) were both very professional, knowlegeable, tidy and polite. Neil explained what he was doing, and why he was doing it a certain way, which was extremely reassuring.  I have never known a tradesman so proud about the work he does and the extreme precision and exacting standards he sets himself.  Having encountered a couple of unforeseen issues, which he tackled head on and solved, left a few minor tasks incomplete, but he is coming back in a day or so to complete.

If you need a fence, I can't recommend Neil highly enough, I am more than pleased with what he did for me and my neighbours were left happy too!

I very rarely comment, but Neil is simply the best tradesperson that I have ever dealt with in nearly 30 years of being a property owner.

Always on time, always communicative, and his phone is either answered or if not, he returns calls very promptly and with all the information promised.

He attended to fix the emergency problem, and kept his pricing in line with the main job, and completed this and the main job perfectly.  And the pricing and various costings were all as expected and agreed with no surprises.

In my business, I am constantly talking to business owners about customer service, but in future I may just send Neil in.

If you are thinking about getting a fencing contractor in, you will not find anyone more honest, diligent, hardworking and proud in his work than him, and I would say simply book him straight in.  If anyone would like to hear this first hand, call me.

Neil did what few tradesmen do these days, turned up on time, worked hard and did an exceptional job on my fence. Not only that but he left no waste or mess from my old fence.
