Neil and David were brilliant from start to finish. They came to fix our fence and did an amazing job — fitted two spurs quickly and efficiently, and the results are solid and neat. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. The garden was left spotless afterwards, which was such a nice touch.

Neil kept in touch the whole time, letting us know exactly when they’d be coming, and even tried to fit us in earlier, which we really appreciated. They arrived, worked hard, and got everything sorted without any fuss.

The price was very fair for the quality of the work, and the whole experience was stress-free and professional from start to finish. We’ve used them before for a previous repair and were just as impressed this time — consistent, reliable, and great at what they do. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone needing fence repairs

I first met Neil when he installed gate posts for automated double gates for me back in 2011.  He did a great job then and was therefore the "go to" person to contact when I needed more work done earlier this year.  He came round within days to discuss the job.  He provided a detailed estimate which I thought was very reasonable.  We agreed dates and he and David worked hard to get everything done to time and to cost.  Neil is a perfectionist who consults at every step of the way to make sure he is doing exactly what you want.  Every level is spot on and dimensions are to millimetre accuracy.  Once again, he has done a first class job and I am delighted with the results.  Most importantly, he is lovely chap and is genuinely enthusiastic about all that he does.  He and David make a great team, well supported by George, the friendliest and most gentle German Shepherd you could meet. We very much enjoyed having them here.  I have no hesitation in recommending Fence Connection to others.  Thank you Neil.

Neil and David really proved you can make a silk purse out of a sows ear given the nature of my fence. They make a perfect team and Neil would never leave the site without seeking perfection on all of his contracts - great company too - the icing on the cake was George the finest looking alsatian on the planet.

I have got Neil and David pencilled in for a concrete base contract when we move in the near future; lovely to have complete faith in such a great company.

Neil was very helpful on the phone and was able to come out to view the job quickly and give us a quote. The quality of the work has been fantastic. Neil also left our garden spotless and was very careful when tidying up. Would highly recommend. 

Post repaired completely and the fence did not even move during the high winds on the 21/12. Fully recommend.

If you don't already know someone it can be hard to know who to trust, so I'm very happy 'safelocaltrades' exists and that people take the time to leave genuine feedback. I had already used it to find a good roofer, so I felt more confident when looking for someone to replace my fencing (two sides of my property). 

Neil came twice to view the proposed work to ensure he gave me a detailed and as was shown to be, an accurate quotation, which was broken down so that I could easily understand it. 

After asking Neil to proceed, he kept to his agreed start date and schedule, working full time until the work was completed.

I was happy that Neil kept me in the loop at all times, asking how I'd like certain think to look and getting agreement where required.

In the end, the work was completed under budget, which is always a bonus.

All work was completed to an excellent standard (very happy with my new fences), and the clean up was thorough.

Neil and David were most amiable at all times, and always reliable.

If I ever need more fencing work, they will be my 'go to' firm, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good job completed at the highest standard.

Neil did a great job, from planning and prep all the way through to completion. He always came up with good solutions and improvements along the way because he wanted to do the best possible job.

What an excellent experience this was from start to finish.  When Neil came to quote, I felt confident he would do a good job.  To sum him up - personable, polite and professional. He spent time to explain what would be involved and from then on his communication was excellent.  He always provided updates and pointed out any unexpected issues which crop up (as they do), followed by solutions. 

He and his co-worker David calmly got on with the job and worked well together.  Neil's knowledge, eye for detail, willingness to go "over and above" if necessary, hard work and perfectionism are rare traits indeed. The final fence is A1 quality, solid and looks fantastic.  (He also has a great doggie supervisor!).

No hesitation to in recommending Neil - would give 11 out of 10 if it were possible.  Fabulous!
