This is the second job Neil has done for us. On both occasions we have been pleased with his high standard of work and attention to detail.

Due to storms a few weeks ago and after reading the reviews on safelocaltrades.com, I phoned Neil to get a quote for a new fence. He promptly came out, assessed what was required and gave a quote which I was more than happy with. I agreed for Neil to carry out the work, he kept me updated throughout with a date and time of when this job would begin.

He arrived promptly, was very professional and completed the job to a very high standard and in a timely manner. Very, very pleased with the end result and will certainly use his services again.

We had Neil replace a fence post a couple of years ago & was very impressed with his work. Following the high winds over this weekend we had several loose fence panels. I phoned Neil & left a voicemail message not expecting Neil to return my call on a Sunday! Despite already having a busy day booked on Monday, Neil promised to come & give us a quote for the storm damage. As promised he came & advised us that we needed 5 fence posts strengthening & he would undertake the work on Wednesday! 

Neil arrived today and worked throughout the day despite the rain & cold. We are thrilled with his work. All 5 posts have been strengthened & the paving slabs lifted, cut & reset around the posts. He also realigned the gate. All waste materials were removed & the area left tidy. 

We cannot fault the prompt service Neil has offered over these past few days and would highly recommend his expertise. Thank you. 

Neil was very helpful with discussing and finalising what materials were needed, and put a lot of effort into sourcing the materials at the best available price, which was much appreciated given price rises this year. Neil started work when he said he would, and took the time he estimated to get it right. All his work is done to a very high standard, and we are very pleased with the result. We found Neil to be very straightforward and easy to work with.

Fence is precision perfection. There was an issue with the end panels for the gate due to problems with supply of the materials. Although it took a little longer than planned it was purely supply problems. However once the materials were available it was finished quickly. I am really pleased with the end result. 

Having initially inspected the area where the gate and fencing was to be erected. Neil offered advice and comments that I found very helpful and reassuring in terms that he would complete a quality job.

Neil started the work on schedule and took a day and a half to complete the project (as he said he would). I am very pleased indeed with the end result - even better than I had hoped for. The standard of workmanship is outstanding. All waste was cleared and taken away.

Throughout the time spent on the project, Neil was very polite and approachable, answering all the various questions I had, demonstrating a deep knowledge of his trade.

I would have no hesitation in using Neil's services again and would highly recommend.

Neil replaced my top garden fence & gate. He made a hand built gate with new fixings & took time to get it perfect. I was very impressed with his attention to detail & the care he took.

Neil provided useful advice and expertise from the beginning. He made time to pop round for a quote even though he was busy and was clear on what options we had, as well as providing his recommendation.

The work was completed with minimal fuss and to a high quality and Neil was amiable and professional throughout the 3 days he was with us. There were a couple of issues after, with one of the posts and the gate handle but Neil came back promptly to fix these.
