Neil replaced nine metal fencing posts along one end of our tennis courts to secure chain link fencing.
Comments:
He turned up on time and completed the job in a very professional manner, clearing away all debris from site before leaving.

Contacted Neil urgently to take down fence damaged by high winds. He was at my house within an hour and I can't thank him enough.
Also built gate for passage, which is very strong and secure - brilliant job. He even managed a square cutout for my cat which she uses all the time.
Have asked Neil to build new fence when the weather improves.

Summary:
Remove and dispose of 17 conifer stumps. Erect 20 metres of 6ft fence with trellis.
Comments:
Neil was fully involved in the planning of the work from the outset. Throughout the ordering process for the materials he kept us fully informed and established excellent two way communication.
The removal of the conifers presented Neil with its own challenge but his attitude was to get stuck in even more. Once the site was cleared we discovered that additional work was required before the fence could be erected. Neil was happy to recommended a way forward. The fence was duly completed to a very high standard which we are delighted with.
Overall, Neil worked extremely hard and would not be distracted by the autumn weather. A good rapport was kept up throughout the job so we knew exactly what was happening at all times. Neil would not accept second best - everything was first rate.
I would, without hesitation, recommend Neil to anyone looking for a reliable, dedicated professional tradesman.

Erect 80 metres of 6ft feather edge fencing, manufacture gate and build a 24ft x 14ft concrete summerhouse base.
Comments:
A meticulous eye for detail, the whole job from start to finish was outstanding. Kept me informed every step of the way. Carried out the job to an exacting standard, even in the most arduous of conditions at times.

Summary:
Replace gates with a pair of gates spanning 3m gap.
Comments:
Materials well chosen - the finished gates look absolutely superb. Neil is friendly, hard working and shows great attention to detail. He is very meticulous, making sure that the project was completed with the best finish possible. Despite a couple of challenges that had to be overcome, the project was completed within the alloted time. I will definitely be requesting his services again in the future.

Absolute fantastic job, real top guy and very punctual.
Supplied all the materials and cleared away all the old fencing.
Arrived early to start work and completed work to an extremely high standard, in fact apart from a cracking new fence you would never know any work had been done. The garden and borders were left in an immaculate condition.

I very rarely comment, but Neil is simply the best tradesperson that I have ever dealt with in nearly 30 years of being a property owner.
Always on time, always communicative, and his phone is either answered or if not, he returns calls very promptly and with all the information promised.
He attended to fix the emergency problem, and kept his pricing in line with the main job, and completed this and the main job perfectly. And the pricing and various costings were all as expected and agreed with no surprises.
In my business, I am constantly talking to business owners about customer service, but in future I may just send Neil in.
If you are thinking about getting a fencing contractor in, you will not find anyone more honest, diligent, hardworking and proud in his work than him, and I would say simply book him straight in. If anyone would like to hear this first hand, call me.
