Neil quoted for this job and estimated the time required to complete the work. Unfortunately for Neil the job took longer, however there were no complaints and Neil just carried on. 

Neil is a perfectionist and was determined that the job would be completed to a high standard. He was available to give advice and make recommendations. Neil kept us up to date at every stage of the job with daily texts and reports. The club was very happy with Neil, and his helper's work, and would have no hesitation in recommending him for this type of work. Top man.

Neil's finished product is always of the highest standard.  We are said to be "exacting" in our own standards and our precise requirements. Nevertheless Neil managed to accommodate all our needs in this regard.

Neil is fastidious in his attention to detail and is keen to keep the customer up to date with problems he is incurring, together with his planned or actual solution.

There were new experiences for Neil during both of our jobs and he  continues to learn from each experience he encounters.

Very quick response to my initial enquiry. Method of repair explained and price quoted. Work carried out 3 days later. On the day I received a call to tell me time of arrival on site. Work carried out neatly. A little "collateral damage" to some shrubs unavoidable! 

Overall a very good job done.

Neil keeps you fully informed every step of the way, from quoting and throughout the job itself. He was keen to find out what we wanted while also making helpful suggestions based on his experience.

This was a very tricky job and I chose Neil to carry out the work as he listened and then knew exactly what was to be done; he certainly sounded as though he knew what he was talking about. 

He came to do the work today and I am extremely impressed with every aspect of his work and service. The post and thick fencing were constructed to a very solid finish. He has a great approach, really good communication and is a very pleasant chap. 

I now feel much more secure in my home and I would unreservedly recommend Neil to anyone.

Neil admitted that the double gate provided a stern challenge but the result was first class. A strong robust gate was installed and his professionalsm was excellent. He was very thorough in his preparation and there was no problems with the materials that he provided. I was extremely satisfied with the work carried out and I feel I got full value for money. I would use Neil again.
