This job proved more difficult than first imagined, however Neil never complained and was determined throughout to complete the job to a high standard. Neil quoted for this job and estimated the time required to complete the work. Unfortunately for Neil the job took longer, however there were no complaints and Neil just carried on.

Neil's finished product is always of the highest standard.  We are said to be "exacting" in our own standards and our precise requirements. Nevertheless Neil managed to accommodate all our needs in this regard.

Neil is fastidious in his attention to detail and is keen to keep the customer up to date with problems he is incurring, together with his planned or actual solution.
