Neil and Alex did excellent job.

The process was smooth, well planned and brilliantly executed. Neil was thorough in his planning and involved us in the process to ensure our expectations were managed and foreseen issues and likely resolutions discussed.  

I'd suggest that Neil prides himself on perfection, so he can be proud of every job, and he certainly delivers.  

Neil suggested the height of the fence; to be a little bit taller than usual, for extra security (as it was at the front of the house) and we welcomed that thought process and discussion.  

The preparation groundworks were executed neatly and they were considerate in where to put the plant rubbish that created; chopping things up to make them manageable for our garden waste bin or a tip run.

The fence went up quickly. Neil and Alex put in the hours to deliver the job on time. The gates were built on-site and the old fence was taken down after the new one was up, so there were no security issues and I didn't have to worry about our dogs escaping!

We wanted the same keys to open either gate, to keep it simple. Neil arranged this, which was really helpful. 

All in all we're delighted and we don't even need to weatherproof the finished item until next spring! Result! 

We are extremely pleased with the work, the fence looks wonderful. Everything was explained to begin with about how Fence Connection would go about starting the job. It was all about what we wanted and nothing was ever a problem, the communication was excellent and we highly recommend this firm. 

I have used this contractor for a number of fencing, gate and paving jobs and so was a natural choice for the latest project on the strength and quality of previous work done.

As usual this was a quality job done on time and within budget by a contractor willing to take on the less straightforward works requiring an element of individual design to fit the constraints of the workplace and the project specifications.

Friendly, easy to get on with contractor who I would recommend to anyone looking to have similar perhaps not straightfoward work undertaken. Always takes the time to explain progress and what can be done to deal with any unforseen issues. Reliable and tidy.

WOW!  I met Neil whilst he was doing somebody else's fence whilst cycling, and asked him to give me a quote as I was very impressed with what I saw that day.

Neil came over a little while later to see what the job entailed and shortly after I received my very detailed quote.  I had two other fence qoutes but chose Neil on the basis of the work I saw that day.

A date was arranged and Neil came as promised to repair the fence.  To say the weather was horrible was an understatement.  Neil has done a superb job in not very nice circumstances and not only were we very impressed but our neigbours were as well.

He is now quoting us for the whole of the outside fencing of our property, and my neighbours are also considering having their fence done as well.

Having done some major work in our house over the past 6 weeks and dealt with many tradesmen in that time, Neil is one I would (and already have) highly recommend.  I cannot say that about all of the ones we have used recently!

If you want a fence fitting, use Neil you will not be dissapointed!!

Having had some bad experiences with tradesmen in general in the last 12 months and two fencers recently (one didn't turn up to do a quote without letting us know and another didn't turn up to do the job on the arranged day without letting us know - we haven't heard from either since), Neil has restored our faith in the vetting system. He knew of our frustration with unreliable trades people and did everything he could to reassure us beforehand. He was able to do the job earlier than expected, turned up as arranged and did a fabulous job, adjusting existing fencing to create a seamless look. It's no wonder so many other reviewers have used him several times. The corner of the garden has been transformed and we can now have fun planning the planting. We have no hesitation in recommending Neil and would have him back if other work was required.

The hurricane in February knocked my fence down which then also damaged the wall.

Neil removed all the fence and what was left of the wall and installed a fantastic new sturdy fence around the perimeter of the garden, complete with concrete posts and gravel boards.

He did an absolutely superb job, cleaned up completely when finished and nothing was too much trouble for him. Cannot fault him - he is genuine, pleasant and helpful.

Neil is meticulous in his attention to detail and ensures his clients understand the work he is proposing to carry out. During the job he continues to discuss progress and checks with the customer before making any necessary changes to the build; ensuring they are agreed before continuing.

Work is carried out in a methodical and conscientious fashion with clean up work managed through the job. At the end of each day the project is left in a safe state with all tools and rubbish tidied away.

This is the third job Neil has completed for me now, he has also done many other jobs for family and neighbours.
