Very prompt coming to look at what needed doing. Quote came through the post with good advice attached that saved us money. Both Barry and Alex are very neat and tidy tradesman. A nice job was done by both of which we are very happy with the results. Electrical certificate was sent through the post also promptly unlike electricians I've used in the past (NOT any from Safe Local Trades I hasten to add!) The only problem we had was that we had to wait for Barry and Alex to do the job because they were busy.....but that speaks for itself!
