Down power alarm system and replace light switch at lounge end of the hall. This was an emergency call-out due to the alarm.
Comments:
This is the second time I have used Barry of Direct Electrical Ltd. Like the first time, both call-outs were emergencies but different issues. What can I say but a MASSIVE thank you; his knowledge, professionalism, along with service and punctuality are second to none with excellent customer service. I would always recommend this company. A big well done for your help and value for money.

Summary:
Carry out repairs to defunct alarm system. Install new bell, control box and key pad. Set system up and give instruction to us.
Comments:
We were delayed by traffic and bad weather but were surprised to find Barry had made use of the delay to install the new outside bell. We found Barry to be most helpful in utilising whatever he could from the existing defunct system and I had to ask at least twice if he was happy with the amount we paid him as he was with us for most of the afternoon due to our delays in getting there. I would recommend him without any reservation. I now know who I will call if I need an electrician.
