Prompt and efficient service over Christmas holiday period.

Barry made a special visit after having replaced the bulbs in our external night the previous week, to switch the light mode so we had a wider and brighter porch area. His visit was in the evening within one day of our request. He is always super efficient, very helpful and we would strongly recommend Barry without any hesitation. 

Barry came the same day as the initial call to check the problem with a bathroom extractor fan that wasn't working correctly. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and arranged to order a replacement. He then returned to fit the new extractor within a few working days of the initial call. Very efficient and professional.

Arrived on time, well presented, friendly, informative and helpful. Carried out his work in a cheerful professional manner and cleared up afterwards. Would recommend and will be using him again. Thank you.

No messing around with Barry, he gets straight onto the job. All new covers fitted beautifully, cable repaired, and advice given on the shower light/fan which ultimately needs to be replaced with a new one.

Mr Didcott came initially to check what work needed to be done, explained what he would do and provided an estimate for this. He also asked me to let him know when the old gas hob had been removed and the gas capped and on doing this agreed a date for the installation on the same day. 

On the day, he arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently and carefully with the minimum mess produced, which was cleared away at the end, and then tested that everything worked as expected. 

Throughout, Mr Didcott was friendly and courteous and the work was completed professionally, delivering a pleasing result.

Based on this work I would certainly use Direct Electrical Ltd for any future electrical requirement.
