For several nights I had noticed that the PIR light was on 'permanently' with nothing triggering its sensor. I realised that this unit had finally failed and therefore needed to be replaced.

I contacted Barry and he managed to slot in an appointment for me within his busy schedule. He arrived punctually and immediately got to work and, very quickly, the job was completed! 

Barry is a true professional of his trade - extremely efficient and always does a top quality job.

As always the work was carried out in a first class, professional manner and arranging a suitable time was easy. The work was scheduled a few weeks ahead, he is a very busy and popular tradesperson. The work was completed to a very high standard, he was so tidy, so professional and so polite and patiently showed us more than once how to work the alarm system.

We are very happy to recommend him 100%, although we really want to keep him to ourselves. Also he is a really lovely person.
