Mr Didcott came initially to check what work needed to be done, explained what he would do and provided an estimate for this. He also asked me to let him know when the old gas hob had been removed and the gas capped and on doing this agreed a date for the installation on the same day. 

On the day, he arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently and carefully with the minimum mess produced, which was cleared away at the end, and then tested that everything worked as expected. 

Throughout, Mr Didcott was friendly and courteous and the work was completed professionally, delivering a pleasing result.

Based on this work I would certainly use Direct Electrical Ltd for any future electrical requirement.

This was one of the best ECIR reports I have ever seen. Nothing was left out and virtually every circuit was traced and tested. The report was comprehensive and advice was provided for the C3s (fortunately no C1s or 2s). Circuit charts were provided for the main board and all sub-boards. I was expecting an enormous bill for the time and effort involved but thought that his charges were fair and certainly not exorbitant. A real pleasure to work with.
