Arrived within timescale given, having already phoned to confirm. Dust sheets immediately put in place and covers on his shoes. As usual Lee was incredibly neat and tidy and completed the work without fuss, although found the unit had an unusual screw so he instantly sourced correct model. Polite and friendly; I'll employ again for plumbing and heating work.

10/10 for an all round service. I would recommend Lee.

Great service with a smile. I cannot fault Smile Plumbing & Heating - three plumbers (non SLT members) had told me that they wouldn't touch this type of luxury shower. Lee was confident and did a fabulous job on a leaky hose with minimal fuss. Thank you!

I contacted Lee on the 20th Jan and he visited the same day; emailed a quote the next day and installed the chosen shower on the 24th, in time for the weekend.

We found Lee to be wholly professional, friendly and extremely competent. When he had finished he left no trace of his work and for the first time ever I did not need to clean up after a plumber.

He also took the time to explain the mysteries of our ancient plumbing system.

We thought he excelled in all areas: tidiness, quality etc., and of particular note was his patient replies to all my emails querying types of shower etc.

We recommend him without reservation and will use him again.

Lee thoughtfully rang 10-15 minutes before he was due to arrive. A clean worker and he brought sheets to cover all the floor.
