Lee fixed some problems with a gas fire and fitted a new macerator to a toilet. He was very flexible, visiting to meet our timescales and did a great job. Would recommend Lee highly.

Lee replaced our 35 year old boiler and 14 radiators.   He was very efficient, hardworking and quickly overcame any problems replacing our old heating system.  Carpets were protected and any clearing up was done as necessary.  Lee arranged for an electrician and bricklayer to support him one morning.  Their work was also of excellent quality.  Lee was reliable, friendly and a pleasure to have in the house.

Lee runs his business in a very friendly yet efficient manner. We are really pleased with his attention to detail, and the customer, whilst doing the quote and the work. We found him to be friendly, reliable and obviously good at his job. He carried out the work to suit our requirements. We are pleased with all aspects of Smile Plumbing & Heating and the fact that we had Safe Local Trades to guide us. 

Lee had problems with confined space and also with clearing an airlock which often occurs when draining the system. We found him to be a tidy and obliging man.

Lee is very conscientious and respectful of my home. He cleared up from a messy task and I wouldn't have known he had been there when he left, except that I had a new radiator installed.
