Lee was quick to respond to my initial text and booked an appointment that was convenient for me. He called ahead to confirm his arrival time and was very polite and informative during the visit. He carried out the service of the combi boiler and central heating system very efficiently and I would thoroughly recommend Lee to other customers.

He came - telephoning in advance to let us know his ETA

He saw - that an incorrect part had been fitted by another tradesman

He conquered - the problem we had experienced of no hot water without recourse to the immersion heater!

As mentioned by other reviewers he wore protective 'socks' over his boots. Lee was very polite, knew his stuff and did a good job. We will get him back to service our boiler and gas fire later in the year.

He was honest enough to say that his intervention MIGHT well be the solution but only time would tell. After a week it is looking good.

Lee was very prompt in organising a time to come round and have a look at the works that needing doing, discussing options and a quote was in my inbox within 24 hours.

The entire job from start to finish was faultless. All of the work is of a high standard and everything is clean and tidy - more so than when Lee started!

Lee is probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and would have no issues in recommending him or using him again for any future works.

Lee arrived at arranged time. Really nice person. He was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me that I didn't understand.
