My wife and I have been using Lee for several years now and he is our natural 'go to' for central heating and plumbing issues. The work he undertook today has pretty much transformed our heating - we are actually turning the thermostat down! His skills and knowledge are a given but his greatest asset is his charming personality; you can show your ignorance and ask him a question and he will explain in simple language without ever 'talking down'. His rates are reasonable and he does a really good job, clearing away, leaving everything tidy.

"Smile Plumbing" is a very appropriate name for this one man band.

Lee came to service our gas boiler (annual service). He let us know when he was on the way to our house, very nice person, very tidy and respectful of being in your home.

I will use again for further service, or any other issue.

Lee did a thorough check of my non-working boiler to determine whether it was repairable at 28 years old. Sadly it was not.

As the boiler was defunct, Lee switched on and checked my immersion heater was working, before leaving. As he could not carry out a repair he refused any payment.

Lee fixed the overflow and fitted new pipes. Now all clear and smelling a lot better. Cleaned up after himself too. Lee was friendly, prompt and efficient. We have used him before to service our boiler and fit a new bathroom. Certainly will use him again.

Lee "Smile plumbing & heating" is a top tradesman. For our general boiler service etc he's always reliable etc but it's when stuff goes wrong he really shines. Sunday evening our boiler sprung a leak, we turned the water off after taking a quick video of the issue. By Tuesday morning he had the part and swapped it out and all was well. I cannot recommend him enough

Lee was very professional and solved a long running issue I've had with my shower and it's hot water supply. He was really good at explaining things and giving me suggestions. I definitely recommend him and I'll be using him now for all of my plumbing and heating issues.
