Lee came to fix my old boiler for me, but even though he tried and tried it was too late to save it. He then installed a new combi-boiler for me. He works alone and though the job was a big one with heavy lifting and lots of new pipework to be fitted, Lee finished the work in two days.

Whilst in my home he happened to notice another problem with a tap and fixed that for me too.

I can’t speak highly enough of Lee. He is always smiling and good natured and answered my many questions fully and openly, never once making me feel stupid or a nuisance! Unlike some I know, he didn’t just come in the house and immediately state that the boiler needed replacing. He spent a lot of time trying to fix the old boiler before we had to admit I needed a new one.

Lee was very professional in all  his work; used overshoes to protect my carpets and brought many dust sheets with him to place on the floors. He left no mess at all when finished.

I don’t usually talk about work I’ve had done, with other people, but I find myself telling anyone and everyone that if they need the very best person for their heating systems, then look no further than Lee Finley!

Lee worked conscientiously on his own, with just a little help from a bricklayer, who bricked up the previous vent hole. He was extremely pleasant, explained everything, cleaned up after himself and was very professional.

I would not hesitate to recommend him. 

Used SLT to find a plumber for the above job and chose Lee. He's polite, friendly and professional and will use him again

Lee arrived promptly, covered his outdoor shoes with covers (without being asked) which was much appreciated. A pleasant, cheerful worker who I would definitely recommend.

Lee responded very quickly to my enquiry and was able to squeeze this job in for me. The delivery of the cooker was due today, 22nd Dec, and we agreed that I would call him as soon as it arrived.
