This is the second time I've used Lee and on each occasion the appointment has been kept and the job has been done to my complete satisfaction.

Lee is extremely polite and courteous and rang prior to the appointment to say he might be slightly delayed. Used covers on his shoes to ensure no dirt brought in and was neat and tidy. Very friendly he did an excellent job spotting one problem not identified in the past. Very reasonable charge have already recommended to my son and have requested quote for another job.

We were very impressed, by the service and installation of our new boiler. Lee is a professional who continues to service our boiler without fail every year! I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Smile Plumbing & Heating to others.

Lee was helpful and polite, he efficiently serviced the bolier and sorted out the sytem to ensure it was restored to a fully functioning state.

I am very very pleased with Lee. He is resaonably priced and an excellent tradesman. He has given me advice about the mega flow system and I will not hesitate to contact him if I have any more problems.

I have asked for advice for fitting a gas fire and I am hoping to hear from him soon!!!

This is the second time I've used Lee and found his punctuality excellent which, from past experience, is not always the case.

No problems with the work carried out. Hopefully my old boiler (1996) will keep going for another year but if I do need any work doing I'll be calling on Lee to fix things.

As always, I sought quotations and recommendations from a number of potential tradesmen. Lee stood out in virtually every aspect, including his prompt and professional response to my original contact; his visit to my home to assess the work; his prompt and professional formal quotation.

Having therefore selected SMILE for the contract, Lee's same prompt and professional approach was manifest throughout the execution of the two-day job. His brick-work sub-contractor also left a very tidy and professional outcome.

Most importantly, Lee completed the entire job on time; a couple of minor extras were agreed up front ensuring no nasty suprises due to hidden extras and the whole work area was left exactly as it was found - tidy.

I would recommend Lee Finley and SMILE and would be happy to be a reference installation for any future customers.

Lee provided an excellent service, is friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains in an easy to understand way what he is doing, having already supplied a detailed quote as to what is required.
