Neil was really helpful with ideas on how to approach the job (we were anything but straight forward!). He was excellent in terms of support for the quotation process, and added value with his suggestions for items I really wouldn't have thought of. The work commenced and finished on plan and the whole process couldn't have been any less disruptive. Neil ensured any mess was limited and tidied up every day to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced. At the end of the job there was nothing remaining and all was completed beyond my expectations. 

Additionally whilst here we added to the scope of works for a few additional jobs which Neil cheerfully completed and for a very reasonable price. 

I genuinely feel this was "old fashioned" customer service where my needs and convenience were foremost in Neil's mind and he was really careful to ensure I knew exactly what was being suggested / agreed to (to the point of sending us contacts to look at similar work completed by him). 

I would highly recommend him, and in fact we are in the process of quoting some additional work - I have no doubt I will be happy to proceed with that and look forward to a seemless delivery yet again.

Neil is a lovely, friendly chap who knows his stuff. It is so important to find people you can trust these days. Neil replaced our broken fence panel with a much sturdier one, putting a concrete plinth along the bottom and ensuring the panel was really well secured. It is a big improvement on the panel that was there before. We are very pleased with the work.

Absolutely faultless. After the recent storm the wooden fence and gate on my drive was damaged leaving my property open/unsecure. I phoned many different company's as the work was urgent. The moment Neil arrived for the quote I instantly knew that he was the right one hence me choosing him. My gut feeling was spot on.  

His workmanship is exceptional at a very reasonable price. Neil clearly takes pride in his work and ensured I was happy with what he was doing throughout the job. He is friendly and helpful and worked incredibly hard to ensure my property was safe and secure again. He cleared up any mess too despite it being cold and dark by the time he was finished.

I am definitely using him again and can't recommend highly enough. 

Neil is a first class worker. I've used him for three different properties over a number of years. Cracking jobs, good price and clears up everything.

This is the second time I have used Neil's services, as was very impressed when he carried out some fencing work.

This was not a small job but with the aid of digger and truck, the job was carried out professionally. The weather was not great but Neil went out of his way to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner.

Neil has been diligent and reliable from the first and has given me sound advice over how the work should be done. He made certain that the garden was secure overnight when the fence was down which was important to me. The standard of work has been excellent sometimes in bad weather. He and Alec make a good team.
