We had one light on the corner of the back / side of the house which stopped working and we had been meaning to replace this with a PIR light for several months; we finally got round to contacting Barry recently and had the work booked in for yesterday afternoon.

Barry arrived on time and got straight onto the job in hand, working quietly and meticulously. Two new PIR's are now in place - one is activated if you exit the back door to the side of the house and the other when you turn the corner to the back of the house.

We tested them last night and both are working perfectly and provide the exact amount of brightness we required.

Barry came on the same day I called him having been to the suppliers to purchase the units on his way here. 

He was extremely helpful and answered a few other questions I had about my house burglar alarm. 

I have used him before and would do so again if the need arose.

Arrived within 20 mins of calling and had the job completed in another 20 minutes. Barry was friendly and helpful.

Barry arrived within a couple of hours and sorted out the problem - which turned out not to be a simple solution. He made sure all was safe and working properly. I would definitely recommend and will be using Barry again for some new light fittings and other lighting jobs.

What a genuine guy, called Barry early morning as the alarm going off at my Mums place and no one could shut it off. He was there in 5 minutes or so, shut everything off and didn't even charge.

Quick response to initial enquiry regarding socket issue and revisit for lighting issues arranged without a problem. 

All jobs dealt with efficiently and very happy with the work carried out.

Barry responded to my emailed request within hours and arrived 20 minutes after our subsequent telephone conversation. He resolved the issues with great dexterity. He advised regarding replacement of the units with newer alarms containing long life batteries - which will be undertaken in 6 - 9 months time. If you want great and knowledgeable service with a smile then Barry is your man.

The light in my bathroom stopped working and, as I am in my 80's, I was unable to reach the light to attempt to change the bulb.

I called Barry and he put a bulb in but it was still not working. He checked the pully-cord and fan switch and all electrical connections but the diagnosis was that the issue was with the actual light fitting itself. He kindly went and bought a new light unit and fitted it and I am absolutely delighted with this new brighter LED light; much better than before.

Barry was absolutely superb. Such a nice man; so caring, considerate and he went above and beyond to ensure that I had a working light.

I would thoroughly recommend Barry to anyone and will use him again in the future when the need arises.
