Summary:
Strip down old crumbling chimney and rebuild, making it waterproof and recap with engineering slab. Replace lead flashing and general roof repairs where the pitch of the roof changes.
Comments:
Neil was professional in all his communication, he kept us informed when there were delays due to circumstances out of his control. When he came he was again professional and carried out his work to a very high degree. He cleaned up well and everything went smoothly. Very good price for the job too.

Sorted out leak in roof.
Comments:
Called Neil at 10.30am and he arrived at 12.30pm and left at 12.35 after sorting out and correcting problem. Refused to charge as he "was on his way home"!
Needless to say, not only do I recommend him, but I will use him again (if needed).
I have used Safe Local Trades quite a bit and it pleases me that if one can't do a job they recommend a fellow member. Gives quite a bit of confidence.

Summary:
Installation of a brand new roof. This consisted of stripping off the old roof, applying new felt, batten tiles, ridge, lead flashing to chimneys and abutments. Also new guttering and fascias were installed.
Comments:
Neil always turned up on time. The quality of his work is second to none and I am very pleased with my new roof; it is a relief to know that it will not leak anymore.
