Visited to give us a free quote before we gave the go-ahead to do work. Gave a good explanation on the exact work that was needed and gave a fair quote. Arrived bang on time on agreed day, and did a great job. Final bill came in substantially lower than the original quote, which was not expected but proved good value for money. Would recommend.

Words not perhaps spoken from the balcony but from upon the roof a perfect rendition of Romeo and Juliet!

Neil and Emma are lovely and have carried out a first class job on my roof.

Would definitely recommend. 

Neil came out on 29 November 2024 and did a preliminary check of my roof to check where water was leaking into bedroom bay window ceiling, he confirmed that there were at least 6 cracked tiles that needed replacing. 

Although work could not be carried out for a few weeks, Emma was brilliant with her communication and kept me updated during this time. 

Once Neil and Emma were available to carry out the work at beginning of February 2025, they arrived on time, the work was carried out professionally and was explained to me fully. Neil had to eventually replace 11 cracked and worn tiles - property is a 1950's property so roofing tiles are quite thin and worn. Neil and Emma cleaned up when they were finished  and I  would not hesitate to use them again.
