I would recommend Direct Electrical and am really pleased with the results.

Barry rewired the tank and thermostat, tracing the fault to a faulty mid port valve. He replaced the valve and fully checked the system operation.

Very thorough, explaining the problem very clearly. Barry sourced the replacement part quickly, completing the works promptly and tidily.

Mr Didcott was wonderful and came out promptly on the same day (most people were still on Christmas holiday). My husband had just died on the 19th and I was quite distressed. Thank you so much.

Barry was very quick at going to assess the job and let me know the outcome. He managed to fix three of the heaters during his first visit and put a part in the remaining one. He went back the followng day to check all was ok but one was still not working. He replaced another part and managed to get this working.  Just before New Year my tenants reported that the problem heater was again not working. Barry again went round straight await to look at trhe problem and managed to fix it. I wasn't charged for the additional visits and he kept me in the loop the whole time. 

I can't recommend him enough and would definitely use him again should I need any electrical work in the cottage. In fact I have recommended him to by agent!!!
