Incredibly easy to deal with. Prompt timings, accurate estimates and invoicing/reports received within 24 hours of the work being completed.

Barry attended my Mum's home at incredibly short notice today and did a fantastic job indeed; he solved her faulty alarm problem in 2 mins flat.

He also waited an additional 15 mins (at no extra charge) to satisfy himself that the alarm system had fully cleared/reset itself and the problem was fully rectified. 

I can certainly recommend him, without hesitation, for any domestic alarm or electrical work; he's a real hero... in fact, he should be wearing a cape !!!

Barry called while I was out so I can only report my wife's view. He discovered, after making some checks, that the tube was misaligned. He made the adjustment and alleluia the light worked! He was here for a very short time and was gracious enough not to make a charge. He will be my first port of call if I have a real electrical issue in the future.
