Mark and his team arrived at the time stated. They started work start away and cleared away everything at the end of the job. The work was completed in the time stated. Very happy with the work and no more leaks. 

Mark called round very promptly to look at our problem. He explained the likely cause in a clear and straighforward way and we will certainly have him back if needed. Ver helpful chap!

Mark at Ascot Roofing was exceptional. This older area of roofing is slate, with no felting, and despite insulation the three slipped slates were causing seepage on to one ceiling. Mark was one in a million by considering helping us during the Christmas period, and went above and beyond. 

Despite being over Christmas, Mark picked up the call, understood our concern and broke away from his family and holiday to help, which was such a relief to us. Testament to his approach to customers.

As soon as he spotted a break in the bad weather, which was on New Years Eve, he kindly and efficiently arranged to attend the house and carry out the work. Everything was replaced, saving our ceiling. 

He was a great communicator, punctual, efficient and good value for money.

Mark initially came to see where the damp was getting in. He identified the source and as it was a chimney no longer required, he recommended removing it. He sourced reclaimed matching roof tiles and the job was completed. One of the other team swept up so there was no sign of any detritus.

Very good. Neat and tidy. Cleaned up and took all rubbish/old materials away. Would definitely recommend them.

Mark called very promptly, assessed the damage, and quoted a fee which I was very happy with. Called back during the week, as promised, did the job but when it came to me paying him for his services, he only wanted half the original quote as "the work was less than he had thought. I was very happy with the original figure but Mark refused to take that. It is very refreshing to come across an HONEST tradesman, like Mark. If we need any future repairs, he will be my first port of call. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Both tasks completed to a great standard, and Mark even replaced a couple of tiles that were broken whilst refitting the lead flashing.

Mark and his team did an excellent job. Even though the job involved removing all the tiles and felt, he made sure the roof was left water tight at the end of each day (and this was in January!) He kept us informed throughout the job and was always helpful and approachable. His initial assessment of the work required was thorough and therefore his estimated price for the job was accurate. We would definitely recommend him.

Last Wednesday night we discoverd that rain was dripping through one of our downlights in our single storey extension. I contacted Mark the next day and he came to assess on the Friday. It was confirmed that there was a few broken tiles on the roof and he could see where the water was getting in. 

He returned first thing this morning and replaced the tiles - perfect timing as it started raining around 1pm and hasn't stopped all day!

Thank you so much Mark for sqeezing this job into your busy schedule; we are extremely grateful - it is such a comfort to know that the roof is secure again.

Having succumbed to a rogue trader and left with broken tiles and gaps I contacted Safe Local Trades and spoke to Eileen. She contacted Mark who sent Carl out to quickly put but a few tiles to prevent rain getting in again. Mark came round and quoted for all the work needed and everything was completed very quickly
