Excellent, Mark kept us informed throughout about how the work was going, and what stage was next. He did what he could to keep the look of the roof inkeeping with the local area, so not to look out of place, whilst ensuring everything was to a high standard.

Mark was excellent! He came to view the work within 3 hours of my initial call and as it was only a minor repair he completed the work there and then. He was very professional throughout his visit, as was his colleague.

I would recommend him to anyone, especially customers who perhaps feel vulnerable about having trades people on their property!

Very pleased with all aspects of the work that Mark and his team carried out. The repair was carried out very quickly and efficiently all debris removed from site.

Mark was very responsive to my initial call. Thereafter, he arrived when he said he would to both assess and then complete the work. He also took away the damaged roof tiles. I'd highly recommend Mark and Ascot Roofing.

Mark responded promptly to email request. Agreed would try and locate old type tile within 2 weeks, otherwise would use alternative repair.

Mark was able to locate correct tiles and replace the broken one. He also did minor repair to the chimney flashing.

He also cast his eye over rest of the bungalow roof and was happy no other work needed.

He was very pleasant and professional, despite it being a small job. 

This is the second time I have used Mark. Despite being very busy he arrived within 2 days of the damage and quoted a price which I was very pleased with. Mark and his friendly team came the next day to replace the tile and did an excellent job with a cheerful and friendly attitude.

Cannot praise Ascot Roofing highly enough. Mark attended our property and gave us a quote within hours. Mark and Keith even arrived early on the agreed day to start work as they knew we needed to go to work ourselves. All the work was completed the same day to a very high standard, no mess was left and all rubbish taken away. Excellent work, excellent standard and 2 really great guys as well. Very highly recommended.

I called Ascot Roofing as I had a few tiles loose that need repinning. They returned my call within half a hour and Keith arrived that evening to assess the job. I had my tiles sorted the next day.

Great value for money really honest advise given. I will use again.
