Mark and his colleague were very punctual, efficient, very knowledgeable and in three days all the work was completed. The first day the chimney was knocked down and the next two days consisted of completing the new roof - I couldn't believe it. No mess, everything was cleaned afterwards, very nice people, very friendly :-)

A really good price for a new roof and I had a very nice experience. Extremely pleased about the job and I would recommend Mark to my family and friends.

I would recommend Mark as he was very efficient, reassuring and knowledgable. As I live alone, I was worried about my roof and it had also been pouring with rain. Mark came the very next day and replaced the tile which was not easy to match with the roof colour. I will be recommending Ascot Roofing to all my friends.

Mark was very good at communicating.  He explained what he thought the problem was and how to repair it.  He gave me a time frame for the work to be completed and was very good at keeping to it. I would not hesitate to use again, but hopefully, not too soon. 

Pleasant manner, quick worker - gave you confidence in his approach to the problem. Like any good tradesman he made the job look easy.

If asked would I use him again then the answer is a definite YES!

Mark replied to my text the same day (on a Sunday). Managed to squeeze me in for 8am the next day and had completed the job before 10:30am. Very pleased.

Mark also inspected my flat garage roof for me when I asked, and told me it should be okay for this winter. When asked, he gave me a general quote. Did not push for unnecessary work, just explained the current condition and what to expect in the next couple of years.

Mark was absolutely brilliant and gave me confidence straight away. Having discovered a damp patch on the ceiling, Mark investigated and took a photo to show me that there was a hole in the roof felt and the tiles weren't overlapping enough.

He arrived when he said he would and carried out the repairs and all for a very reasonable cost. He was efficient, competent and gave helpful honest advice.

As I live on my own, I am always wary about getting traders in but Mark and his colleague were extremely pleasant and I could not have asked for two nicer chaps.

I have a lot of friends and I will most definitely be recommending Mark to them.

I found Mark very pleasant and his work is excellent. He also did a little bit more than was quoted for but at no extra cost. I would highly recommend him as someone who knows his trade.

Mark came out the same day. He identified the problem and solved it. He also returned to replace the broken tiles as, being a Saturday, he could not source the number that were broken until the following week.

With it being the roof, I was scared it would be expensive but Mark charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Mark returned my morning call within ten minutes. Arrived on time at lunchtime of the same day. Didn't think he would be able to fit in the quick fix needed to my leaking roof until the next day (very good anyway) but actually fitted in my fix on the same afternoon that I rang.   

Hard to say about quality of work with a roof fix since I'm not likely to go up there to check but the roof leaked before the fix and it hasn't leaked since so so I'll take that as good!
