On the day of installation Chris arrived as stated he would and then fully explained what the work entailed. He constantly checked with us to ensure we were happy. He was very methodical and precise when fitting the alarm and was continually cleaning up after any work he had completed. He did encounter one problem but quickly explained how he could resolve it at no additional cost. He then had to return the next day to finish the alarm and he was concerned about any inconvenience he may of been causing ( which he was not. )

After completing fitting the Alarm system he spent a great deal of time explaining how to use the Alarm and the APP that worked alongside it. We think it would be quite right to say that Chris was a true professional, had a very empathetic view as to what we required, and was very patient and understanding. He was meticulously tidy and was very respectful of our home.

If you are looking for someone to do this kind of work then we can't recommend Chris enough. A knowledgeable professional who gives first class customer service and we will definitely go to him first if we require any work in his field of expertise.

I would like to express my gratitude to Safe Local Trades for recommending Chris Christophi from Ace4Digital. He promptly arrived the same day to evaluate the issue and identified that the plastic fittings on the dish had dried out and cracked. Chris replaced the dish with a more up-to-date model. 

Not only is Chris a genuinely nice person, but he was also very helpful and completed a couple of additional tasks for me while he was on the ladder. All of this was accomplished within a couple of hours at a reasonable price.

Chris was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, and was communicative throughout. He has a wealth of knowledge, was informative and patient beyond expectations in explaining how to view the images from the two cameras he set up. Chris was able to fit me in sooner than I could have hoped, and arrived promptly. He is an amiable chap, and was professional at all times. He takes pride in his work, and did an immaculate job.

Chris provided me with an exceptional service that I truly appreciated. As an elderly individual with mobility challenges, I was particularly thankful for his kindness and the care he showed me. He went over and above by providing the additional satellite cable to the lounge so that my old Sky box would work alongside my Freesat box; this now allows me to watch a particular favourite channel on the Sky box as it's not available on Freesat.

Our TV aerial, satellite dish, and supporting structure were in a terrible state. Chris responded promptly to our enquiry and spent the entire day replacing everything, delivering an outstanding job that left us thoroughly satisfied, all at a very reasonable price.

I unplugged everything thinking that would be enough but problem persisted, so called Chris after reading all his positive reviews on SLT. He quoted a very reasonable price for the call out. Chris arrived on time and discovered the amplifier in the loft had stopped working, but rather than charge me for a new one, advised it was no longer necessary and got theTV working without it, only charging the call-out fee. Tidied up all the unnecessary cable, including shortening the too long aerial and gave a clear explanation of the work carried out.

Excellent! Chris was punctual, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. We had no idea what the problem was with our aerial or how to explain the issue! Chris was able to quickly find the problem and sort everything in one visit. Delighted with the result and all TVs now work independently!
