Chris offered a first class service from the first visit right through to the completion of the job. Everything was explained clearly without any high pressure sales. After a visit to assess the job, I was given a choice of cameras for the CCTV and Chris advised that the most expensive camera was probably overkill for the rear of the house and suggested a simpler (and cheaper!) model.

Our CCTV installation is one of the cleanest jobs I've seen, with cables hidden with a lot of thought and care taken with cable runs to ensure our house isn't covered with unsightly junction boxes or loose cables like our neighbours!

Once the installation was complete, Chris spent a good amount of time going through the systems, apps and tech to make sure I understood and left me with two pages of handwritten notes to refer back to.

Nothing was too much and I felt very at ease in Chris' company, he's a genuinely nice person and cares about the work he does.

I'm really happy with the end result and can now cancel expensive monthly subscriptions which mean I'll get back what I paid for in a few years time.

I can't recommend Chris enough. Don't go for those big companies with large sales teams offering basic products, speak to Chris who is an expert and will do a much better job and design a system that perfectly suits your home.

For many months, every time it rained (which was a lot of the time!), the reception on our freeview TV in the kitchen would be effected with messages on the screen such as 'No signal'. I finally got round to getting in touch with Chris and he arrived today as arranged.

He checked the main aerial signal into our house on his machine and it confirmed that it was weak. Due to his extensive experience, he knew pretty much straight away what the problem was - he then went on the roof to check the aerial, which he brought down to show us the section where the water was getting in. This old aerial had a design fault and the plastic cap to keep the rain out was missing. 

Chris duly replaced the aerial with a current one, of a different design, and upon checking the signal again, it was absolutely perfect.

So happy that this ongoing issue has now been resolved. Chris is such a fabulous character - warm and friendly, professional, honest, genuine and trustworthy.

Excellent all round service provided by Ace4cctv. I am long time customer with both home security alarm and security cameras installed. I recently went for an upgrade of the cameras to the latest 5k with leds and mics. My old cameras were good but these are exceptional quality both during the day and night and with the benefit of leds the night vision is now also in colour. The install as always was seamless and Chris treats your house like his own when it comes to the wiring setup both externally and internally. For anyone wanting home security advice and installation I highly recommend him.

Excellent communication throughout, from initial consultation, through site visit, to installation. On completion, a comprehensive explanation of how to operate the system was given. 
Our engineer, Chris, was most helpful. Great care was taken during all work, and considerable thought was given to make the installation as unobtrusive as possible.

The system is most effective, and is already proving its worth!

Extremely neat; I hate cables and Chris has done an amazing job hiding them and making the whole job extremely neat. The quality of the cameras is extremely impressive too.

Other competitors may quote prices under Ace4CCTV, but the quality of the systems and Chris' professional installation means great value for money. Look around Hampton and the large number of properties sporting an Ace4CCTV alarm box shows how popular it is.

Chris came to my house when, and as arranged, to assess what work was required. This he did in what I would consider to be quite a difficult physical situation, and probably not made any easier by me chatting to him. When he finished I told him I would dispose of the old aerial. He then came into the house (with mask on) and checked that the new aerial was producing a strong signal. I told him that I would be able to sort out connecting this new aerial to my two TVs in the bedrooms, so I settled the account, which was fair for the time spent, and work carried out, and he left.

When I came to connect this new aerial (via the loft) to the two bedroom TVs, I ran into a problem. Although I realised it was nothing to do with the new installation, I still telephoned Chris about this difficulty, as I knew he would help. He arranged to come back a few days later and, with his help, the problem was resolved. He charged me nothing for doing this.

I can therefore say to anyone needing TV aerial work, Chris Christophi is certainly someone I have no hesitation in recommending, and I would use again.

Chris was on time, worked hard in appalling weather and tidied up completely.  Even came back later to go through the installation and how to work it as we had to do the school run.  Would highly recommend him.
