We had initially visited the showroom and spoke to Adam; he was very efficient and knowledgable and gave us a quote which we accepted straight away.

Very good quality both of windows fitted, and workmanship of the two fitters who came. No complaints at all.

Every part of this has been a pleasure. Despite registering an early interest, there was no hard sales.  Everything and everyone pre-sales was pleasant and efficient.  The work itself was carried out speedily, on time, and the fitters were equally pleasant and helpful, including tidying up.

We were wary about how this might go, but it's hard to see how it could have been any better.

I called this company on numerous occasions to get a quote after reading about them on this website. I eventually spoke to a man called Adam who came to measure up and left a brochure. After choosing the door we required I called and left a message for him to call me back; this was over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them since. I know that it was only a front door that I needed but a call back to give a price is not too much to ask for. 

I then called another company this week from this website they measured and quoted me within 24 hours and are now booked in to install the new composite door. That is service.

Further to the telephone conversation with Mr Rehman, I would like to apologise to him and his family for the inconvenience caused on behalf of Tradeframe.com. I take pride in how I conduct my sales over the phone or in person and when meeting Mrs Rehman that same day, the appointment went well and I was awaiting a call on the door choice required after she had spoken to Mr Rehman that evening. Mr & Mrs Rehman would have liked to match a door to the internal doors in the property, but unfortunately we couldn’t manufacture that exact door style. I believe this issue to be miscommunication from both parties and Tradeframe.com will do their utmost to ensure this doesn’t happen again during very busy sales periods. Adam at Tradeframe was a very pleasant and helpful young man. He knew his job and wasn't pushy and the two fitters did an excellent job.

The salesman, the surveyor and the fitters were ALL second to none. I wish I had found this company years ago. I cannot fault them in any way and cannot praise them enough. The work carried out was perfectly done.

The work was completed quickly, to a high standard and at a great price with no fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
