We are very pleased with the windows and doors supplied and fitted by Tradeframe . Initial contact was with Stefan in the showroom and he was one of the reasons we went with this company as he showed an interest in what we wanted and was not pushy at all.

The windows and doors are good quality and have made a big difference to the look of the house. The house is warmer and is also quieter. The only hiccup was one of the windows was made the wrong size but this wasn't a major problem as a new one was made and fitted within a week.

The fitters arrived on time each day and carried out the work to a good standard leaving everywhere tidy when they had finished.

I would have no hesitation recommending Tradeframe to family and friends.

A professional service throughout, from the initial contact, to the new windows and doors being fitted. The knowledge of their product and what they can provide was exceptional, giving us the look we wanted. The fitters worked tirelessly and, throughout the fitting checked all the units and dealt with any issues immediately (which there were very few).  Every person involved in the process from the company was superb.

Overall excellent communication, service, product and value for money. No high pressure salespeople calling every five minutes.

Installation carried out to very high standard of finish, all rubbish cleared and removed from site daily. Excellent job, highly recommended.

They are a professional company without the usual 'hard sell' or gimmicks, so what you see is what you get. They were courteous and professional from the initial contact to the very end and I would highly recommend them. As a special note the fitters were excecptional.

From start to finish, the process with Tradeframe was very efficient. 

Adam came round and measured up, and matched the new window to the existing door we have, which no one else mentioned. He met my mum and she was impressed with his helpful nature. 

The window needed to be slightly smaller, so needed some brickwork doing as well, which Tradeframe organised. 

I had a proper written quote, with milestone payments which was fine. I had three calls in total - one to confirm the date for installation, one to request payment and one the day before to confirm.

The new window looks great and makes the room warmer and the outside noise is greatly reduced. 

My only criticism was that I couldn't find the key for the window for ages. Didn't realise it was taped to the handle! Doh! 

Will definitely be using Tradeframe for future work.

Very tidy work with no mess left to clear up, friendly fitters who just got on with the job.
