I have six cats but due to ill-health and mobility challanges, I have had to leave the window open for them to go in and out. As the weather is now colder, this option was becoming unsustainable.

I contacted Tradeframe and Stefan came to assess the suitablity of a cat flap. The bottom of the back door was glass; this would need to be replaced with a upvc section and that is what I had done.

The entire team at Tradeframe were wonderful and, having this cat flap has been life changing in so many ways. It allows me to keep the window closed, minimising my risk of falling, and retaining heat, whilst also providing my cats the freedom to come and go as they please, which is a great relief for me.

I would highly recommend Tradeframe and would like to thank them for the care and kindness that was shown to me.

Great communication throughout and completed on the timescale planned. The fitters were on time, efficient and tidy. I'm very pleased with the result, which is perfect, and I wish I'd decided to do it earlier. 

An excellent service from beginning to end. Adam came out to our property to give us a quote, he listened to what we wanted and gave us advice, a very knowledgeable and helpful man. We had Terry and Steve do all the fitting and they were always punctual and polite and I have to say the cleanest and tidiest workmen we have ever experienced.

The work was at my brother‘s house and he is on the autistic spectrum. The fitters were brilliant with him and totally ignored him as I asked. 

From first contacting Tradeframe to arrange a quote, to completion of work, everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. There was no hard sell, we were given all the information we needed. The fitters arrived as arranged and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Steve and Martin arrived punctually at 8am on the dot each day. Pleasant to deal with, able to answer any questions, hard working and got on with job efficiently. No fuss, no problems. Model tradesmen. Really happy with quality of product and work.
