I needed an Electrical Check on my new bungalow. As I have used Safe Local Trades previously that is the place I go to for help. I did some research and contacted Sean. Sean arrived at my new home the day after I moved in and after a chat he did a brief assessment of the work required. He explained in laymans terms what he had found and said that he was happy to carry out the neccessary work. He came and carried out the Electrical Check first, this took several hours and I could see that he was meticulous in his approach to his job, he had a definite method! A few days later he came back to fit the electric shower, having advised me on possible options. He arrived at the agreed time, he was polite, tidy and thorough. He showed me how the new system worked before he left. Two weeks later he returned to sort the other jobs. As the jobs would be fairly messy, it was agreed that I would have a few days away. I felt happy and settled about giving Sean keys and confident that he would do a great job. I was not disappointed; when I returned home I was thrilled at the outcome of all his hard work. (Sean has a Henry Vacumm cleaner, I could see that he had cleaned up and he made sure that the bungalow was neat and tidy before he left.)

Sean came around and gave me an estimated price for the work needing to be carried out and sent me a PDF with the fixed price later which was near the original estimate so no surprises---great!. He was punctual at the time agreed and did a very good job of the pointing and matched the cement colour quite well to the original so no Lego wall. Will hire again in future.

I would definitely recommend Sean. I am very happy with the completed works, Sean talked us through what he was doing so were were completely informed.

Sean is a very polite, professional and pleasant man. There were originally three jobs that I wanted him to do but he was very honest in his assessment of the third job - I thought that I needed a new consumer unit but he said that he does not need to be replaced until after the new regulations come into force in January 2016. I have therefore booked him in after that date to carry out that work. 

I would happily recommend Sean to anyone.

Sean did a wonderful job and informed all the way though of updates and what he was doing. I had a lot of jobs to be done and Sean was happy to advise and complete all. A couple of jobs required finishing off at a later date and Sean happily arranged to return at a time suitable to me.
