I decided to replace 3 large style ceiling lights for smaller lights. Original lights were fittted by prior owner of property. Sean arrived promptly, replaced all 3 lights with relative ease including filling a small hole in ceiling as largest light fitting had big support under it.

I was very impressed with the service given. Felt safe with Sean working in flat. He has a positive friendly 'can do' attitude.

Sean was prompt and very helpful. He discovered that previous seat had been attached to the wall with heavy duty glue. The tiles also, so had difficulty removing both. Kept me updated with photos of progress. He found a huge hole which he had to fill and cover before seat could be installed. He was very patient and got everything completed, including some new tiles, very efficiently. He also took great care in exactly measuring my needs with regard to height of seat. He tidied up after each visit and left everything clean. He also replaced a very dodgy light switch in my downstairs loo. I was very impressed with his workmanship too. 

A very able and pleasant man and would highly recommend him.

As always, Sean has completed a fabulous job. He is friendly, professional, thorough, is a good communicator and if a problem arises he will find a solution.

My kitchen has been transformed and I am a very happy customer.

Sean started work on the Monday and was super helpful to keep disruption to a minimum and lifted floorboards with no damage whatsoever. He worked methodically and chopped plaster where new sockets needed to go with minimum of mess and with neat cuts into plaster.

New wiring and plentiful sockets to living room, dining room, hall and kitchen aswell as new wiring and LED lighting  to garage. Sean also expertly handled a situation with the power network people to provide PEM earth protection to our property.

All wires chased in were smoothly plastered over and job was complete by the Friday afternoon. Sean has many skills and is very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and is a pleasure to work with. 

Our consumer box had been originally fitted in a low cupboard, meaning it was always awkward to get to. Changing this over to a new up-to-date consumer unit therefore came with difficult access issues for Sean but he completed the job whilst maintaining good humour and a polite manner.

He also provided me with good advice and kept me fully informed of everything he was doing.

I cannot recommend Sean highly enough. In addition to being a really nice chap, he was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and his work is of the highest standard.

We feel completely reassured that our home electrics are now as safe as they can be.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Sean to anyone.

Excellent workmanship with a real eye for detail and Sean is brilliant at discussing options at each stage of the work. Would highly recommend.

Sean and Kevin have given my elderly mother the independence to safely use the bathroom. Sean was constantly updating and keeping us informed of the work progress, very helpful and knowledgeable with suggesting ways around a couple of things that cropped up. 

So pleased with the service that I've already got another job lined up.
