Summary:
Total refit of downstairs bathroom. Bath, shower cubicle, toilet, basin removed along with flooring and wall tiles. Replaced with beautiful walk in shower / wet room for elderly mother. High rise toilet, new basin unit and towel rail. Grab rails and all bathroom furniture fitted to our requirements.

Summary:
Complete rewire of bungalow which included a new consumer board, new sockets and switches.
Comments:
Our bungalow was in desperate need of an electrical upgrade in order for me and my husband to feel safe in our home (I am in my 90's!). Sean did a marvellous job, was very efficient, professional and a very good worker. He is also a very nice chap, a very pleasant man indeed.
With everything now up to date, we are very happy and relieved.

Summary:
Bathroom refurbishment including removal of shower panels, move shower unit, new w.c., sink, tiling and grab rails.
Comments:
I'm so very pleased with the work carried out by Sean. He is friendly, professional and patient. Some of the work was not as easy as first thought but he has resolved any issues that have arisen. As an elderly lady, living alone it has been a pleasure to have Sean around the house and I would highly recommend his work to anyone.

Summary:
Circuit breaker kept tripping causing sockets in kitchen to switch off.
Comments:
Sean has done work for us before so I left a message for him to contact us. When he rang I explained the problem and, even though he was very busy, he said he would call to see us on his way home at the end of the day. When he arrived he identified that the circuit breaker was faulty. It is now working temporarily but could 'trip' at any time so it needs to be replaced - which means a new Consumer Unit beng fitted. Initially we have to ask our Electricity Supplier to fit an Isolator and when this has been done Sean will complete the work as soon as possible.
Whenever we have needed an electrician we have always contacted Sean and he has never let us down. Therefore we would have no hesitation in recommending him for any electrical work.

Summary:
We had a problem with a blown cooker hood bulb. The way it had been fitted meant we didn't know whether it was easily fixable or would require a full replacement. Sean came promptly, identified the problem and fixed quickly. Very impressed.

Comments:
We found Sean very reliable and always telephoned us to keep us up to date on availablity of certain electrical items etc and also when he was able to come round. Tidy worker and carried out the work to a high standard. Would use Sean again and would also recommend to anybody else

- Knocked down wall between kitchen and dining room
- Plastered ceiling and wall including where the dining room door was located
- Removed coving from dining area to leave flush finish the same as in kitchen
- Removed dining room carpet and kitchen floor tiles in preparation for new flooring
- Removed old ceiling light fixtures, re-aligned so they lined up across the now longer room plus switched out for standard drop down bulbs
- Relocated dimmer switch from dining room to be alongside the kitchen light switches

Sean and Kevin have given my elderly mother the independence to safely use the bathroom. Sean was constantly updating and keeping us informed of the work progress, very helpful and knowledgeable with suggesting ways around a couple of things that cropped up. Like all job!
