Lee has done quite a few jobs for us now including the boiler service, he is always punctual and does a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Lee quickly diagnosed the problem and the work was completed quickly and without mess. Very friendly and professional, he was happy to explain to me what he was doing and how the whole system works. I was very impressed, will definitely use Lee again and would be happy to recommend him to others.

Responded very promptly to phone message and came later that day to check cause. Ordered part and fixed the following day. Very accommodating to come at time more convenient for me. Excellent cleanliness/tidiness and attitude.

Lee arrived within the time frame agreed. Smartly dressed wearing shoe covers. Lee has a warm friendly personality and communicates very well on what he is doing, providing feedback on the results of his tests.  

Having checked pipe work in the attic he spotted that some pipe work was not lagged and without prompting volunteered using the material in the attic to complete the necessary lagging. I have every confidence in his skills and application to the work in hand that bodes well for our future needs.

Lee was very good at sorting our heating out, he was very pleasant, clean and tidy. Woud use him again most definitely.

In the space of two days, Lee has been to my house twice.

The first time was to remove a radiator from the wall which was to be plastered. I contacted Lee on the Monday, and he popped round first thing Tuesday.

The second time was that my boiler stopped working and I couldn't work out why. Lee found the problem, made a little video of what he did (as I was at work) so I know what to do if it happens again.

Can't fault his service.

Lee is probably one of the nicest people you'll meet. Even my mum says he's 'a nice boy'.
