The work was done on the agreed date and Lee stayed late to ensure that all was tested properly. The installation looks very neat and the utility room was left clean and tidy at the end. Also, the service was good value for money.

His company is well named. This jolly, efficient, knowledgeable fellow was recommended by other tenants in the block where I live. He came in smiling and was still smiling when he left.
The job was carried out in the shortest time and I was impressed with his honesty and diligence. I wholeheartedly recommend that if you have a central heating system that needs looking after then Lee is the man for the job!!

In all my experience with plumbers, this is the first time that I have had one that was so quick to respond and so efficient.
Lee was punctual, very personable and presented the necessary identification and paperwork to ensure all operators guidelines were adhered to, without me having to request it.
He provided a full print out of readings and his service was cheaper than all others in the area.
He then sent a follow-up email the next day to check that everything was okay and he attached a proper receipt for the work carried out - great communication and professionalism.
I have been very impressed with Lee and will certainly use him again and will recommend.
