In all my experience with plumbers, this is the first time that I have had one that was so quick to respond and so efficient.
Lee was punctual, very personable and presented the necessary identification and paperwork to ensure all operators guidelines were adhered to, without me having to request it.
He provided a full print out of readings and his service was cheaper than all others in the area.
He then sent a follow-up email the next day to check that everything was okay and he attached a proper receipt for the work carried out - great communication and professionalism.
I have been very impressed with Lee and will certainly use him again and will recommend.

Getting a new boiler is a major purchase and I am really glad that I used Lee. From the written quote (which was broken down into all aspects of the job), Lee took all our requirements into consideration and demonstrated excellent communication and kept me informed throughout the entire project.
He was friendly, professional, thorough, conscientious, industrious, methodical and he definitely takes pride in his work.
He has extensive knowledge and experience with all plumbing and heating components and this is reflected in his work.
He was also very punctual, clean and tidy and he carried out the job with the minimal amount of disruption to our household i.e., he cleared up each evening and ensured that we had full use of our kitchen area (which is where the new boiler was installed).
The service provided definitely represented best value for money and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Lee to anyone.

Lee was excellent from start to finish, and provided us with a quality boiler installation at an exceptionally good price.
He was extremely punctual and, because he cleared up everything at the end of the day, we wouldn't have known he was here!
He was very accommodating to our needs and scheduled the work around our agenda. His after sales service was also excellent.
We typically source our traders from Safe Local Trades, so I am delighted that Lee is now a member as he is the perfect candidate for the scheme.

Our old original boiler was over 20 years old and needed replacing. Lee was the perfect choice for the job and I was so impressed that I now actually go out of my way to recommend him to everyone.

Lee has an excellent attitude to his work and I always felt that he genuinely cared about doing the right thing by his customers. He is honest, reliable and friendly and I had no qualms about leaving him working alone at my house with my dog whilst I was out at work.
Whenever I had an impromptu job he would make a conscious effort to fit it in as soon as he possibly could, though in all honesty I would have waited if necessary as he is by far the best plumber I have dealt with.
