Paul came out quickly to one of our elder neighbours who we look after; she had a badly bleeding leg when she was in bed and had unfortunately spilt blood through the living room and dining room and in the thicker pile upstairs bedroom, which she had unfortunately let dry so everything was pretty much ground in.

Paul arrived exactly when he said he would, saw the damage and said he would do his best but couldn't categorically guarantee it would all come out. However he was amazing and sorted everything out, using the right chemicals, professional equipment and hard physical effort and the results were amazing! He actually managed to get everything out and back to normal, so she could now forget about the incident and just get back on with her life again.

Paul was hard working, very experienced, polite and a nice honest professional that knew exactly what he needed to do, and did it promptly. Can't recommend him enough. A definite 10 from me!
