A leaking Christmas tree stand had left a large stain.
Paul was great, he visited to give an initial quote to remove the stain. He assured us he would try his best and was able to do the work there and then and made a really good job of it.

Paul was extremely good at responding to my enquiry and contacted me immediately. He visited to provide a quote within a few days and fitted me in within a week to carry out the work.
On the day Paul arrived on time and worked to a high standard, he is chatty and pleasant.
Paul left the house in a very tidy state.

A fantastic carpet cleaner, wouldn't use anyone else. Paul is efficient, prompt, clean, tidy and the carpet looks amazing. Despite there being a variety of stains on the carpet, it now looks as good as new.

He managed to remove a stain that had been ingrained for a while, whilst I had tried everything to remove it.
