I regret ever buying this ottaman bed because accessing the space underneath requires the removal of the mattress which makes it very inconvenient. This morning, I took off the mattress to hoover inside, but when I tried to close the bed, it got stuck in the open position and wouldn't budge. 

I called Paul and he was here in ten minutes. He managed to get it closed; he also removed a big spurious staple and then put the mattress back on the bed.

Paul is a lovely polite gentleman and I felt very comfortable with having him in my home. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from him and I will keep his number and will recommend him to others.

My 7ft curtain pole had fallen down, pulling the screws out of the wall. Paul came round and very efficiently put the pole back up and did an absolutely perfect job.
