It was easy to contact Paul and he responded immediately - even on a Saturday. He quickly identified the problem, organised the necessary part and fitted it. He was polite, knowledgeable, tidy and efficient. From call to completion a couple of hours - a good job done.

Paul contacted me within 10 mins of sending him an SMS message and came that evening. He is polite, friendly and efficient. He didn't have the part I needed on his van so went into Peterborough to get one and came straight back and fitted it. A job well done.

Came around and quoted for the job and then came back to complete the work, arriving promptly. He did an excellent job, even correcting mistakes made by another plumber. He cleaned up after finishing so I would highly recommend him and I will be using him again in the future.

We run an agency for site personnel and Paul worked for us for about seven months before he moved on to other employment.
He was more than exceptionally good and he is a hard act to follow. Our customers would specifically ask for Paul when they rang in and I had received nothing but excellent reports for him on all the work he did.
He was prompt, reliable, conscientious and a great asset to his profession. He is also a nice friendly guy and anyone who uses him can be assured that they will have a safe pair of hands with Paul.
Should he require any further agency work, we would welcome him back without hesitation.
