Bath mixer tap connected to shower broken and needed to be replaced.
Comments:
Really excellent service - Paul visited immediately and was able to locate new mixer bath tap to match those on basin and fitted along with new shower attachment with no fuss and no mess at all.
Speedy, friendly and professional service and will certainly use again and recommend to friends - many thanks, it is so pleasing to be a totally satisfied customer.

Loud vibrating noise coming from toilet cistern.
Comments:
I phoned Paul and he came around the same day. The noise was caused by a faulty water inlet seal. Paul explained this and replaced the seal. Excellent service.

New sink installed, with obvious removal and reinstatement of tap.

Paul is a pleasant, honest, reliable plumber. Makes no mess nor fuss about a job, just gets on with it. He is very tidy in his work and has done two jobs for us now, both times not one bit of mess was made nor left for us to clear up.

I am very impressed with Paul and give him 10/10 for all aspects of his service.
He responded very promptly to my enquiry and arrived that evening to have a look at the cistern. He took photos of the parts so that he could match them and then returned yesterday to fit them; he had it fixed in no time at all and the cistern is now working perfectly.
Very prompt, friendly, helpful and pleasant. He is certainly a credit to Safe Local Trades.
