In our extension area, we had an unused radiator behind the sofa that had been there for 12 years and never used. As it was 8cm deep and taking up precious space, we decided it was time to have it removed.

Paul arrived and proceeded with the job, which was completed efficiently. He also took the radiator away to drop at the recycling area at the plumbing merchants, which we were grateful for.

Fantastic as always. Quick to come out as we were wasting water running off cold water to stop the noise. Identified and fixed problem really quickly. No mess at all. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Anglian Water significantly raised my monthly water bill payment, I contacted them and during a visit from their representative I was told my toilet flush was leaking.

I had used Paul previously so gave him a call to see if he could come and fix the problem, he was fully booked this week but arranged an appointment for Monday. Within the hour, Paul called me back to say he had a delay in the job he was doing today so could attend in 20 minutes! I was over the moon.

Paul arrived as good as his word, and within minutes had discovered it was the flush valve washer that needed replacing. Job done in no time. 

Contacted Anglian Water and without checking anything they have reduced my bill to it's original amount!

Paul is such a great, professional, reliable tradesman and I will always use him.

Paul changed three taps and wastes for me and they all look great. He even noticed we had a leak somewhere else, which he fixed while fitting the taps.

Fantastic! I emailed Paul over the weekend. He replied on a Sunday and then did the job on the next working day. All sorted, and for a very reasonable charge. 

Paul is excellent. We have used his services a number of times in the house we have bought as it had a number of pluming issues. Paul provides great advice, is friendly, punctual and does outstanding work.

Contacted late Wednesday evening and fixed by 10.30am Thursday morning. Clear  communication about his visit. Quick and tidy. Second time we've used Paul and can't recommend him highly enough. Very reasonable cost.
