Summary:
Downstairs reconfiguration to utility and old kitchen, to form a larger kitchen and smaller utility room, in preparation of a new kitchen, utility fit out by another contractor.
This required gable end wall removal with steel RSG insertion, building regs approval and calculations for the steel work, gas main move, water main and stop cock move, and all the required services reconfigured. For the new kitchen / utility fit out, this required new electrical ring mains and lighting update to our house electrics, new external back door and two new windows installed, with old brickwork made good (to an awesome standard). Internal stud walls for the utility, with all internal arcitraves, skirtings and internal doors fitted.
All have been completed to a very high standard.
Comments:
My wife was very pleased that all of the trades cleaned up spotlessly after their works, all Old Court builders employees where polite, considerate and approachable, with Adrian more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure we achieved what we wanted.
Adrian and his team are a credit to the building industry, they have gone the extra mile, we have no reason not to recommend them to anybody, their standard of work is exemplary, the attitude to us as the client was brilliant, all his team are a credit to Adrian, helpful, courteous, polite, knowlegdeable and came up with some better ideas as to how to finish off the works.
From us all, thank you Adrian - very highly recommended.

Summary:
Installed cloakroom in porch, including new roof, insulation, plastering, tiling, plumbing, gas & electrics etc. Refurbished bathroom with plastering, tiling, installed bathroom suite and airing cupboard.
Comments:
Although the work was interrupted by weather on some occasions, the work was carried out very efficiently. All of the work was to a high standard and we are very pleased with the result. All of the team were very easy to talk to and kept us informed at every stage as to what was happening. We are therefore very happy to highly recommend Old Court Builders.

Summary:
Sloped concrete floor, linear drains and sewer connection for a brewery. Also exterior paving work.
Comments:
Took great care to understand requirements and applied real craftsmanship to the job. Slightly patchy communication, when work was snowed off but otherwise, did what they said they would do and really cared about the quality and finish achieved.
