We have used Neil before and have again found him to be a friendly professional who takes extra care and attention to ensure that the best job is done each time.

What makes Neil stand out is the attention he gives to the job and his customers, not just content to focus on the core elements of a job, Neil brings a high level focus to the smaller areas of the job too e.g. calling ahead to confirm arrival times, providing advice on the best time of year for work to be done, ensuring the worksite is left clean a tidy, punctual, polite etc.

If you are looking for a true professional, Neil is your man and we would easily recommend him to all our friends and family.  

Neil replied to a text within a couple of hours. He arranged to come round two days later. Called when he was on his way. On checking the roof, told me what the problem was & that he could do it straight away. 

I was very happy with the work and also very reasonably priced.

When you have a leaking roof and water coming through the ceiling and down the walls of a recently decorated bedroom, it needs to be dealt with quickly. 

I was very impressed with the service that I received: quick response to my query, excellent communication thereafter and a date & time for an assessment and quote sorted for the next day, which was on time.

Despite the obvious need for the roof to be repaired quickly I felt the quote was very reasonable and not artificially inflated. 

Family emergency meant I didn't get round to writing this review earlier, but also means I can confirm that despite heavy downpours the repair has remained intact. 

I would use again and definitely would (and have) recommend to friends.

I spoke to Neil on Thursday, he attended the site the following day. He was absolutely brilliant at resolving all our issues. He gave great honest advise and went out of his way to repair / mend all the problems we had. He was very polite and courteous and kept me informed along the way with everything he and his team had done. He left no mess and we will be having him back to do some more work later on in the year. If you want a roofer specialist with 30 years experiance then do not hesitate to use N S Rickett Roofing.
