If you want someone that cares, works hard and puts in extra effort as well as problem solving, I would highly recommend Karl. I have used him on several projects inside and out and have always been happy with the finish. 

Karl was very knowledgable, supportive of all the work going on in our renovation and very flexible to work with us and other trades people to get the job done. Excellent communication skill, always the first to arrive and checking on our requirements. Would thoroughly recommend Karl we are so happy with the work.
