I am a "silver-surfer" and do not understand computers. I am loathe to install/uninstall anything that would have a permanent effect on my laptop. Thus, it was operating very slowly.
So, I sought Ben's help.
He had the laptop for two days. He cleaned it up, removed unwanted and/or no longer necessary programmes from the memory and the desktop. It is now working perfectly.
Ben explained what he had done, and gave advice about the future use of the ageing laptop. He was friendly and honest, and gave a good value for money service.
I would use him again, and recommend him to others.

Ben uninstalled all miscellaneous programs including all residues from old anti-viruses. Installed and configured new anti virus software and optimised Windows 10. Full check and internal clean.
Comments:
Ben was able to fix my laptop issues within 24 hours.
Would definitely recommend his services to anyone. He will be the first person I call if I have another issue with my computer.

I sent an email to Ben asking for his help and advice in selecting certain computer hardware products. In this case a web cam unit that would be appropriate for my computer.
I use Skype a lot with family across the world and for business purposes assisting my brother who also travels the globe and the one I currently have is, well, hopeless.
Ben happily replied with his recommendation and I am pleasently surprised at how affordable it is too.

Ben has rescued data for me on a couple of occasions after hardware failure. He provides exceptional service and really knows his stuff. Today he helped me to set up an automatic backup onto an external hard drive so that I won't lose data again! He also provided some advice on backing up data on my phone.
Comments:
Ben gives a great service at a reasonable price and because I work from home, he is always mindful that my PC can't be out of action for too long and get's things up and running very quickly.
