I rang Glenn and explained that when you plugged a lamp into this particular socket, it flickered and sometimes didn't work at all. He visited the property the same day and rang to advise me that the wires behind the socket needed attention and that the socket plate needed replacing. I gave him the go ahead and he did the work there and then. The problem is now sorted, very pleased with his work, will definitely be using him again. The invoice was very reasonable too.

Superb service! I spoke to Glenn about the problem on the evening of 9th February. He called back early the next morning, gave me a quote, obtained the new part and completed the job in less than an hour. He was polite and helpful in every way. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly use him again.

The work was done for my elderly Mother, I live in the West Midlands so the work was arranged over the phone. Glenn arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up afterwards including taking away old equipment, and invoices agreed with the quote.

We found Glenn to be reasonable and reliable e.g., midway through the installation my wife and I decided to make changes to the light positions in the living room. Despite the additional work this caused, Glenn carried out our instructions at no extra cost. We also ordered a light fitting that didn't turn up until the job was complete; Glenn was very understanding about this and came back to fit it in his own time.
