Glenn was very pleasant and efficient.  I did not experience any problems at all.

I was very pleased with Glenn's work. He did an excellent job. He was professional and explained everything to me. He was punctual and tidied up after himself. His price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I would certainly use him again. 

Called Glenn as a new customer on Sunday evening; I was expecting an answerphone but within 24 hrs the repair had been done. He called me to tell me his findings and to give me a choice between a new fuse or a fuse which the tenant could reset. Clear communication about cost of call-out, labour, parts and time-scale. My tenant called it a perfect experience. 

Very good worker. He also cleared up all the mess that was made.

Informative, polite and professional. Arrived on time, completed the work in time stated, work was straighforward and he went through everything thoroughly at the end. Would definitely call him again when and if I need an electrician. I had quotes from other electricians and he came up with best price, so top marks for service and money paid for work carried out. 

Glenn did a superb job at a reasonable and fair price. His communication was exceptional compared to tradesmen I have used in the past. I was very pleased with his work and all my options were fully outlined.

Glenn arrived on time, set out dust sheets, checked and switched off power at fusebox.  He removed existing light fitting, and checked that wiring was suitable for the new fitment. 

On completion, he tested that new light was working, cleared away his tools and dustsheets, and swept up any debris to leave my room clean.

Although a small job, it was completed quickly, and tidily.
