Glenn did a superb job at a reasonable and fair price. His communication was exceptional compared to tradesmen I have used in the past. I was very pleased with his work and all my options were fully outlined.

I would definitely recommend Glenn and I will be using him again in the future as well as spreading the word to work colleagues, friends and relatives.

Glenn arrived on time, set out dust sheets, checked and switched off power at fusebox.  He removed existing light fitting, and checked that wiring was suitable for the new fitment. 

On completion, he tested that new light was working, cleared away his tools and dustsheets, and swept up any debris to leave my room clean.

Although a small job, it was completed quickly, and tidily.

If I compare Glenn to other tradesmen, then I could only wish they were all like him. I am always sceptical and wary as I have previously had bad experiences.

From the outset, Glenn instilled me with a lot of confidence due to his extensive knowledge and advice regarding the work that needed to be carried out - this did provide me with a level of comfort and I felt at ease with being able to let him get on with the job without having to check everything he was doing.

He obviously takes great pride in his work and customer satisfaction. Outside of his remit, he noticed that I had a sunken switch that had never been used and he said that he would get in sorted for me - he then came back the next day and put a new socket cover on and wired it up and didn't charge me for it. Lots of tradesmen just come in and get on with the job they are there to do and then leave, but Glenn particularly impressed me with the small bits and personal touches he added to the job.

I am absolutely delighted with the work, which was excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend Glenn to anyone.

I am a frugal individual and when I needed a professional electrician to do the electrics in my garage conversion, I got three quotes and Glenn's was the most competitive. 

During the undertaking of the work, I found Glenn to be a genuine chap, affable, honest and someone who takes pride in their work and gives great attention to detail. For example, when he was fitting a new socket on a new plastered wall, the boxes were tight and the plaster cracked around the edge. He touched this up and made good, which I was very impressed with. He went the extra mile and even installed an extra socket for me without any further charge.

He was punctual, did a clean and tidy job and left the area spotless. The quality of the work is excellent and his communication and advice were also really good. I could not fault him on anything and would recommend him and use him again. I am intending to knock a kitchen through to another room soon and I will be giving him a call.

I wanted a multiple LED light feature in the bedroom and I was going to put them up and have a cable running down the walk to plug them into a socket. Having discussed this with Glenn, he advised to have it hardwired to get the best results. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave good advice and provided me with a couple of options.

Both myself and my wife are over the moon with the results - all cables are hidden and the lights are operated by a switch on the wall and they look great; a lot better than my original idea of plugging them into a socket!

Glenn was punctual, did an excellent clean and tidy job and all for a very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
