My enquiry was responded to quickly and Lee came round to look at the job and gave me a price. The work was carried out by one of his team who was prompt and respectful. He got on with the job in an efficient way with no fuss and I felt totally confident that he knew what he was doing and that he was going to do a good job. 

Once he had turned the water back on he stayed for a further 5 mins or so just to check that all was well and there were no drips/leaks.

I will certainly contact Electri Heat in the future to deal with any plumbing issues.

Replaced cold feed lever to the washing machine as it had snapped off and replaced a ball cock in the tank in the loft as the faulty one was causing water hammering when using the power shower.

if you want an electrician do not use this company. I phoned them just over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for them to call me back about coming to have a lookat the job and giving me an estimate. Obviosly  the job was too big for them to handle.They are very unreliable and make promises they have no intention of keeping. 

I cannot fault Electri Heat. They are professional and prompt with great work ethics. Lee Roberts is always helpful and so is every member of his team.
